Default IP35 Pro and MSI Video Card?

I'm putting together a new system based on this board. Id like to use
the one of the MSI 8600 cards (nx8600gt-t2d256ez). I really like that
it has passive cooling. I hate fans and fan noise.

I'm concerned that the heat sink will not fit, either hitting the
heatsink on the northbridge, or hitting the heat pipe to the south
bridge.

Does anyknow if this card will fit? Nobody provides any dimensions, so
it's just up to someone that's done it.

thanks,
