antec query

I have just bought an Antec 900 case and it has an audio connector for the
top block. Which is the right connector for my Abit IP43 motherboard. Is
it HDaudio or AC97?
And just out of curiosity does anyone know if you can but a set of extenders
for the Switching block leads. Mine's at full stretch across the case.
