I have a Dimension 9200. I need to restore my pc to factory setup. How do
I access the hidden partition please on my hard disk which contains the
restore info?

As long as the partititions are undamaged/unaltered, just press CTL+F11 at
the Dell splash screen when you first boot.
I assume you've backed up any/all files you love first. The re-image will
remove any/all created data and added applications since the system was
purchased.
If your 9200 shipped with a Dell restore partition, it was normally invoked
by hitting Ctl-F11 immediately during the initial screen display. Gotta be
quick.

XP or Vista?
For XP, Press CTRL+F11 at the Dell logo. If that doesn't work, google
DSRFix and try that to fix it. Still doesn't work, you might have
damaged the partition.
