I am th only owner and administrator on this pc. When I atempt to access
Internet options in IE I get this message "This operation has been canceled
due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system
administrator". I can't even change the home page or any other internet
options. Obviously I set someting incorrectly somewhere along the line.
ANyone have any ideas? Thanks.

If you have used SpyBot's Immunize tool recently, see this:

Thanks, Bruce. You were right on target. I had used spybot recently and
that was indeed the problem. Thanks!!!!!!!
