| Another Problem. My computer won't restart. Whether it's pressing ctrl+alt+del or even just hitting "save changes and exit" in my BIOS. It shuts down and the screen goes blank, but it won't power off or restart. In order to restart it, I have to shut the power off for a few seconds (by hitting the switch on the power supply or holding the button for a few seconds) and turn it back on. Once again, tech support blamed it on my hardware -- in this case, they said it might be my power supply. And once again, I have a brand new, perfect condition power supply. Does anyone know what causes this? |
