Greetings,

I have an LG CD-RW ROM installed with my Dell computer. I don't use the
device very much so I don't know when it began to fail or if it ever worked
correctly, but now I would like to move a number of my digital camera photos
to a CD.

I can write to it, read from it, but it does not respond to the Eject
command nor am I able to eject the CD manually from the front panel push
button (nor a paper clip in the manual eject hole).

Only by doing a full power-off and re-boot can I open the CD tray. Any
assistance would be greatly appreciated.
