"Try the following steps in this exact order.

1. Uninstall your drivers with the Add/Remove programs in the Control Panel
or use the Parhelia Powerdesk uninstaller from here
http://www.matrox.com/mga/support/drivers/files/ftp_util2.cfm .
Also remove the dot NET and any update for the dot NET from Microsoft.
2. Reboot and go in your system BIOS.
3. Be sure that USB is enabled, PNP OS set to YES, Assign IRQ to VGA enabled
and AGP aperture size set to 256 or the highest.
4. Boot in normal mode.
5. Upon detection of the card install drivers from windows list only or
cancel the install wizard. Do not install Matrox drivers at this point.
6. Install any available update from Microsoft. Install the dot NET 1.1 from
Microsoft.
7. Install the latest patches for the chipset of your motherboard from the

8. Reboot.
9. Install the latest Matrox drivers from here by running the setup once the
files have been extracted."

I did steps 1 to 8 but after the restart, the BIOS i installed for my board

Hi, Angelus.

Me again. I saw your post in one of the Windows XP NGs and suggested you
post to the Usenet NG for YOUR mainboard. I did NOT suggest that you
crosspost to ALL the mainboard NGs. :>(

By clicking on the links you gave below, I quickly determined that your mobo
(as well as your chipset) is, indeed, by Intel. So, Intel is where you
should be looking for your solution.

As we told you in the WinXP group, unless YOU made the recovery diskette
before or during your BIOS flash, there is no recovery diskette for you.
You MIGHT be able to reflash your BIOS EEPROM with the original P25 (or
downloaded P15) file, but there's no guarantee. Intel can probably supply a
new chip with the BIOS already in it, but that's between you and Intel. The
last time I did a failed BIOS flash, I was able to buy a chip with the
proper BIOS from a third party; maybe you can find such a source.

You really should be talking to Intel.

Unless some kind soul in one of these many NGs has enough experience with
Intel boards to help you...
