Do the SEO sites actually help to get your Google pagerank increased.
Iv'e found some tips to help but do any of these actually work?

Personally I haven't used them. I manually do my search engine

optimization myself but it is something that I constantly have to do
and not just a one time thing.

I try to keep my page rankings as high as possible and usually get
them in the first 2 pages of the rankings.
