I just purchased an L7S7A2 Mobo with the AMD XP2700+ CPU...The maximun
multiplier jumper setting on this board is 12.5 (going by the manual)
this gives 12.5 x 166= 2075MHz...the AMD XP2700+ is a 2170 MHz
part...are there any 'secret' jumper combinations on this board to set
the correct speed for this CPU or will I have to overclock past 166
MHz to set the correct frequency?

You'll notice in the manual.....the "by CPU" setting.
Use it....should be default anyway.
The XP2700 is multiplier locked anyway, so changing
the multiplier settings won't do anything.
