the fan only come on if it gets to HOT,

You could always try using a hairdryer to warm up the card and see if the fan
comes on. |

There is a reg hack the will force the fan on at all times regardless if |

Is it supposed to do that? I thought that on that card it was supposed
to be on at a lower speed during 2D and then speed up during the
running of 3D games. |
