My TV screen has problems changing display size to large or full-screen. I use a screen resolution of 1600X1024.
What I figured out - once I boot my computer, I change the screen resolution to 1280x1024 (one notch less) then back to 1600x1024 and the tv display problem goes away. I have to do that everytime I boot up my computer.
This TV display problem only occurred when I upgraded to to Catalyst 4.4 drivers. It's not MMC 9.0 because when I used MMC v8.8 it didn't occur until I upgraded the Catalyst drivers.
My hardware/software:
ATI All-In-Wonder Radeon (yep, the 1st one)
PIII-1GHz with 512MB RAM (RIMMs) on an ASUS P3C-E motherboard
Silicon Graphics Super-Wide Flat Panel display with Multi-link adapter
Windows XP Pro with SP1
MMC 9.0 and Catalyst 4.4 drivers
