I have Tyan S1854 motherboard with a Promise SATA card. I hooked up a
western digital 200gig hard drive to the parellel connector on the
SATA card and installed FreeBSD 5.2.1 When I rebooted the computer,
the motherboard did not see the hard drive at all. Is there a bios
setting or something else I need to do to get the mb to see the hard
drive? |
