Hello,
I have the Epox 8K9A7i motherboard and was wondering what type of
(amount of mb) RAM memory I am able to use with my motherboard. I
already have the first slot with 256 mb. If I would like to buy more
memory I have to buy another one with 256 mb for slot 2 (makes dual
channel) and then another one with 512 mb if I want to upgrade to 1Gb
RAM? Does the 3rd slot have any effect considereing it is dual channel
(for memory slot 1 and 2)?

Thank you.

Hi

The board supports
3 x DDR SDRAM PC2100/2700/3200, 3GB max.

So you can fill up 1GB each slot and use dual channel.
