When trying to upgrade the bios using the awdflash I get the following
error:

"The program files's part number does not match with your system!"

Does anyone know where I can get the correct bios upgrade file for a
BH6?

They used to be on Abit's site. have you checked (you didn't say if you
did)?

There are different bios versions for the different revisions of the BH6.
If you have a board with a revision lower than 1.1 go here:
ftp://geerynet.d2g.com/Motherboard%20Bios/bh6/ (latest bios is bh6ss)
If you have a board with a revision 1.1 or higher go here:
ftp://geerynet.d2g.com/Motherboard%20Bios/bh6%201.1/ (latest bios is
bh632sp)

There should be a sticker on the last ISA slot which indicates the revision
or you could check the existing bios revision and see which version of the
board it is applicable to. (Generally guide: if your board has colour coded
serial, parallel and PS2 connectors it will usually be rev 1.1 or later)
