What sort of CD are you trying to produce? If you are trying to produce an
audio CD capable of being played on a CD player, then why do you want to
convert to mp3? What you need to do is convert to WAV. Nero will do this if
you have a wma codec installed in Windows, though wma files frequently
include protection to prevent them from being copied in this manner.
