I'm gonna OC this chip with a Vantec AeroFlow heasink/fan on it. My
question, what would somebody recommend in terms of the fans on the case?
80mm vs. 120mm? How many fans, etc? Thank you.

if you can, get a 120mm sucking air into the case at the front (preferably
with a fan filter)
and maybe a 120mm @ 7v, a lower cfm 120mm fan, or a 92mm fan so you get
slight positive pressure. dont forget your PSU has a fan sucking air out of
case aswell.

the reason i say a fan filter & positive case pressure is that the filter
will remove alot of dust, and with positive case pressure then a bit of
excess presure will escape through CD, floppy drives etc etc stopping dust
buildup inside these components.

the bigger the case fan the better (`im sure you know) a 120mm doesnt need
the rpm (and thus noise) of a 92/80mm fan to move the same air cfm.

I have the same proc and same fan overclocked. Depends on what you have in
your case and your ambient air temperature. I have a 2 fan power supply and
one 80mm case fan on back drawing air out of my case. There are louvers in
the bottom front of my case where air is drawn in. I could put a second fan
there to push air into the case but so far that has been unnecessary. If
you have one HD, one floppy and one CDROM then probably just one fan case
sucking out from the back as long as you have good airflow into case from
louvers at the front. Don't go overboard unless necessary - you'll just add
to the noise level.
