I know the Barton 2500+ is now being sold as locked from newegg. What about
the 2200+ or 2100+? |

I recently received an unlocked XP2500, purchased a few weeks ago from
http://www.medianettech.com/amdatxp25133.html
You have to ask for a "Special" week date code.

I got 1 from there last week when they were $99. Now they are showing as
$119.
