| please can anybody help me as to what my problem is regarding a brand new hp laptop ,which is a present for my little girls birhtday next wk .i have been loading various things on it for her and sorting out internet etc ,so she can just start up & go ,but when i try to type in the product key ,25 numbers & letters i get a message saying wrong numbers ,i know my eyes are bad but not that bad , i only have a certain amount of trys so i`m getting desperate any assistance much appreciated .brian |
