I built my computer 3months ago and up until now have had no problems. It has now stopped booting from cold (after it has been switched off for a couple of hours) It will restart as normal once it has been going for awhile.

My specs

GA 945p s3 rev 1.0
Corsair 1GB DDR2 XMS2-5400C4
connect 3d x1900xt 256
hyper m580 psu
e4300
wd sata 250gig

When I go to power on from cold I dont even reach the boot screen. No bleeps just my graphics card fan on full speed with no display or rest of the system booting. I can only get it to boot from cold by switching the power supply off then on quickly.

I am thinging its either the graphics card or the motherboard at fault as ive had all the other parts form new (3months)
Any ideas how to tell what is wrong?

I have noticed 2 fault lights on by the pcie connector on the x1900xt which stay lit when the system wont boot. When I turn the psu on then off these go out and the system boots
