Here's some help:

1. Stop using the awful web interface and use a newsreader. Outlook
Express or Windows Mail can be configured as a newsreader, there are
others.

2. Learn how to post, your post includes no information that would
allow someone to help you. Include information about your computer,
software and what you're trying to do.
