Hi,

Is there any possibility to manage the expiration or storage time of the
documents in SharePoint? Or for example automatically send messages to the
document owners if their document is modified last time more than a year ago?

If I want to add a column to a document library and the column is based on
calculation based on other column, how am I able to use the information in
the column "Modified" as the base for the calculation?
