A friend gave me a ATI Radeon 1300 pro AGP Video Card that he formally
used in his computer. I have a Dell 8250 with the standard 64mb video
card. When I installed the new card as directed the computer will not
boot. Nothing on the screen at all. Fan on the card is running. I know
the power supply may be too weak but I thought if I was sure it would
work,I would purchase a new PS after testing the card. Any
suggestions? If a new PS is required, any suggestions as to a source?
