How do I get it set up on the Internet? Are there any free hosting
sites that won't plant spyware on my PC? I am NOT looking for an
adult hosting site, just something to show off my birds, my dogs,
myself.

I'd love to, but I don't know how to do that. Is there a website you
could point me to that explains how? I use FrontPage 2003 as my
editing software and downloaded Webcamfirst as my webcam software. I
just down know how to use all of these together to get what I want
done.

You need a webcam program to run on your home computer to make
live video available. I've used the free webcam2000 application
with javascript and a java applet to stream live video. Some
setup info below.
