What is causing this to freeze? It usually will freeze after a few
minutes of use when not connected to the power outlet. the battery is
new (eBay), it is runing an external wireless card (orinoco), and the
laptop is a z4600 HP Pavilion. Any other info needed let me know. Like
I said it runs like a dream when plugged in.

Hp lists a bios update for the ze4600.
