Yes
You could be more specific.
Assuming the X1950XT is an AIW or VIVO card just use MMC. Should be on the
disc that came with the card or get it from the ATI website. Your on you're
own with the other card.

Ok.
I use a x1950xt in conjunction with a tv card for which I use it's BDA
drivers.
For scheduled recording I use a program called WebScheduler.
Web Scheduler is able to auto record programming based on information
comtained in it's inbuilt EPG that uses XMLTV data for program info.
Fortunately the program info for my region is available in XMLTV format for
free but some providers charge a fee.
