I use Office 2003 with Outlook for my e-mail. I cannot open links. When I
click on the links I receive the following message. Thos operation has been
cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your
system administrator. This has only just started happening and I cannot find
any settings to adjust. Any suggestions.
