When a user open an Outlook 2003 email I need it to have the
fucntionality that editing emails in Word allow so have Word as my
email editor.
When I try to compose an email it appears on the task bar under Word
causing the user to misplace unsent emails.Removing Word as the email
editor is not an option as Outllok does not offer the functions they
need.
We have tried removing the mail profile and renaming the outdat file
in C:\Docs & Settings\User\App Data\Microsoft\Outlook
