| Testing this notebook, it does not have a HDD but boots to knoppix fine, problem is, it does not power off even when I hold down the power button for any lenght of time, only way to power off the unit is to pull the AC cord, help? |

What happens when you use Knoppix to turn it off? Does it hang
somewhere?
I think, with the live CD, there's a big shutdown routine, at the end
of which, the CD is ejected, and you are invited to remove the CD,
close the tray and press enter. |
