|
|
I'm planning to make an upgrade to a P5W DH Deluxe; the memory is as
recommended by the Crucial advisor on my merchant's site
(komplett.ie), can anyone say if it's a good choice or would they
recommend another type over it?
Crucial DDR2 PC5300 4096MB CL5, Kit w/two matched DDR2 PC5300 2048MB
CL5
My full upgrade is at:
http://www.komplett.ie/k/shoplist.aspx?mode=receive&si=465018&su=E068A513-3DB2-456E-913E-975B20C78E63
Any help appreciated,
P. |

only thing you need to do is go into the bios an d set the speed
manually cause it don't set it to 6400 it defaults at 5300 for some
reason but after manually setting it all is fine now |

That board will take ECC memory.
Look at the Kingston.com site & use their memory selector which'll tell you
all the compatible modules.
