In the review they were comparing a X2900XT to stock 8800GTX, slightly
overclocked 8800GTS 640MB and superclocked 8800GTS 320MB

8800GTX was performing better that X2900XT in all benchmarks

Even 8800GTS was performing better than X2900XT in many cases
