|
I have Win XP Pro installed. Have been writting files to my writable CD drive
for several years, using the Windows Explorer Writable CD Folder (see article
describing that
method)http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/using/setup/maintain/copytocd.mspx
Today that method stopped working. If I load in a blank CD, the computer
does not load up the CD drive dialog box. If I try to drag the files to the
D: drive using Windows Explorer, it tells me to load up a blank disk and then
once I have loaded the disk, nothing happens. I am forced to click the Cancel
button and then the D: drive is no longer accessible. I have to reboot the
computer to free it.
I have repeated the procedure several times with same results.
Would appreciate your help in solving this problem. |
