V100 - no, there are no slots.
V120 - probably, but your throughput will not be too hot.

Chris is dead on!
The V100 doesn't have any PCI slots at all so there's no way to add anything
to it, not even a graphics card is an option.
The X4444 shows in the handbook as compatible with a V120.
What kind of performance you'll get with a single USIIi 550 or 650 MHz CPU
remains to be seen.
