ok like i goto anywere and i get a wireless signal but it starts at 24 to 35 packets and works its way up what the hell?

it is soo odd and i wasnt messing with any settings im just a gamer lol

ya but the packets when iim conected should be like in the 60k to 200k range i belive i duno plz help me

Define 'anywere'...are you in your house, downtown? Is it your wireless signal, cell signal, piggybacked signal? In my experiences, even when you plug in your packets start low and (when you start sending or running an app that receives them) goes up. You might get 200,000 packets if you are playing a game over your wireless...(you'd be crazy-games weren't made for wireless networks because ethernet is much faster).
