I have recently tried to upgrade Omnipage Pro 11.0 to Omnipage Pro 14.0.
My scanner, a Mustek 1200 UB, has a TWAIN interface which is accessible in
Adobe Photoshop CS2, Paint Shop Pro,ABBYY Finereader 8 and other copying
software. It is also accessible in Omnipage Pro 11.0 but not in Omnipage Pro
14.0 ! After 4 weeks of discussion with Nuance/Scansoft the issue has not
been resolved and I would therefore welcome any suggestions anyone might
have to solve the issue.
(I am reluctant to buy Omnipage 15 as this might have the same problem.)

I have v. 12.0 and have not had that problem with the Epson Perfection 1200
scanner.
You might try re-installing the Mustek TWAIN software (after checking their
website for the latest updated driver). For my Epson scanner I would fust
re-install right over the existing driver, but check your Mustek User Guide
to see if you need to unstall the TWAIN driver first.

Thanks for your reply.
I have already tried all sorts of proceedures suggested by Scansoft
including reinstalling the TWAIN software for the MUSTEK 1200 UB and trying
software for the MUSTEK UB PLUS...
....it all works with everything except Omnipage Pro 14.0.
