Hi, I have SAPPHIRE RADEON X1950XT PRO 256MB GDDR3
and I'd like to know what "Microsoft .NET Framework" version works
better with that Ati card. 1-2 or 3?

As far as I know, they are somewhat independent. You need the version
that matches what the software was written for. Also, .NET3 installs
..NET2 if needed, as it uses the same runtime libraries:
