Hey guys, I was wondering if anyone could give me some insight on this matter.

Lately and progressively getting worse, my computer would completely freeze. There is no crash, there is no response. It happens at random times too, from playing Titan Quest, to surfing IE, on a screensaver, watching TV on my tv card, to the windows boot up screen, before anything is even loaded. It started happening a few weeks ago and was really bad last night. I couldn't go 5 minutes or so without it locking up. I was wondering if anyone has any insight on what the common diagnosis is for a problem like this.

My specs:

AMD Athlon64 2.0GHz
Asus A8N-SLI Premium
2x512MB Crucial Ballistix PC 3200
EVGA Geforce 7900GT KO w/ Zalman VF900Cu
250GB Seagate SATA (master drive with windows)
160GB WD IDE
ATI TV wonder PCI
Seasonic S12 600W PSU
Liteon CDRW
LG DVD RW
Antec Sonata Case

I have had problems with the motherboard and ram before, and both have been replaced. The ram was faulty before and was not allowing me to POST.

My CPU is passively cooled with a thermaltake sonic tower. I have 2x120mm fans in my case, and a 120mm fan in the PSU.

Speedfan shows cpu temps from ~37-45C
HD temps are 30-35C
Video card temps (via Rivatuner) are ~45-55

Where do you guys think is a good place to start?
Thanks
