hi
i went to go start my laptop this morning and when i did it took a long time to boot up, then when i went to log on it never completely logged in, none of my programs run. i restarted the computer and ran it in safe mode and it worked fine i ran Norton's in safe mode and it found nothing what should i do?

Sounds like you have a major spyware/adware issue, if you can get into windows try getting or running Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition, if you don't have it go to http://www.download.com/Ad-Aware-SE-Personal-Edition/3000-8022_4-10639408.html?tag=lst-0-1
and download it and run it and get rid of any objects it finds, that might sort you out, but the best thing and by far easiest is to reformat your laptop and reinstall windows.
