For some unknown reason?????? I can print a test from my laptop, but I
canot print a pdf or word document. Can anyone suggest what is not
happening????johana

I can suggest that you're not making much sense.

Details, man, details... (What OS, what printer, can you print (have you
tried) via different connection methods etc etc).
