I just got a Logitech QuickCam Messenger. It reads it can record up to 30
frames per second, but it looks like it only takes about 5-10 fps. When I
move, the picture on screen reacts very slowly. Why is that?
The Cam is connected to an Athlon64 3200+ running WinXP, so I think the
speed of my pc should not be a problem. And it is a USB 2.0 port.
