I'm using Windows Vista/Ult with an ATI X1300 card. With the latest build
for my card I decided to install everything, video driver and the CCC. Why
am I getting the "You do not have permission to change Catalyst Control
Center settings." I checked the ATI knowledge base and it told me to delete
the repository directory under %systemroot%\system32\wbem but my Vista won't
let me delete this directory under safe mode or regular boot up. Yes, I am
the administrator. Their other two solutions do not work either. Anyone know
an easy work around?
