hello. Can someone please advice me how to manually completely remove
Nero 7751. add/delete programs and uninstall in a Nero menu are no
help...

Ahead (Nero) has a toll available for download to do this:

http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html

Manually cleaning out all the Nero entries in the Windows Registry might be
pretty tedious.

True enough, the Nero Cleaning tool is the only thing will do the whole job.
