lil off the topic question
I was wondering, Whats the max temp limit for PSU, m/board and all those internal peripherials? i heard lot about using fan to cool processor but wht about m/board and PSU? and don't forget Monitor!! _________________

It's impossible to say... because there are som many variables Aamir.
Ok, we'll say you are using up 250 Watts of power to the machine and we have a 300 Watt power supply fitted (for want of a figure only)...
.. Ok this power supply is gonna' get warm a little, now then you swap this power supply for a 400 Watter, it's gonna run just that little cooler, a 500 Watt one will run even more cooler - but it will still only draw whatever the machine demands, in our example 250 Watts.
The monitor, well that's gonna draw almost no power from the computer because it will have it's own power unit, again...
.. the power the monitor draw's depends on the size and the type, LCD, Plasma or CRT and if we really want to 'split hairs' it will also depend on the brand, one may be rated at 80W while the other at 90W, this being for differing CRT type's of the same size screen..
... again I've just plucked figures out of a hat just to set an example.
The better you cool the inside of a computer the better it will be for it's health, monitors are designed to run without any cooling... but you don't want to cover the air vents, the temperatures are too variable to even mention.

Ok, For the PSU what i got "The Bigger the Better", more powered PSU than required, the cooler PSU!!!
Once i switched off the CPU and tried to pull out the RAM.
O God!! I almost burnt my fingers b'coz RAM was tooo hot!! But for the same running time for CPU, the other RAM was not as hot as the previous one. i still don't know why?
About my system, i keep one side of my CPU open all the time for lot of air supply and only my processor fan is ON, others i disconnected Both harddisks are placed outside the CPU, so m/board can free supply of air _________________

Sounds like the RAM chip faulty if it runs too hot. Guess you just ahve to take the local climatic conditions into consideration re cooling..
I do find the case runs much cooler with a fan on the side, my next computer build will have a case suitable for this.
