Does anyone know of a *simple* utility to convert Audio files that are
*.m4p to usable *.m3p files? I've tried a couple and for some reason
just can't understand how to use them. When I use the term *simple* I
mean really simple.

Thanks for help on this matter.

I don't know what "m3p" is supposed to be (did you mean MP3?), but the first
step to convert an iTunes Store download (that's what those .m4p files are)
to any other format is to use iTunes to burn it to CD, then rip the CD.
iTunes will rip CDs to MP3 if you tweak an option or two.

Thanks for the help. I just found that Rhapsody will make the
required conversion.
