I was considering this setup for a Nikon 200mm macro lense setup on a
tripod, to make for better control of x-y axis adjustment. Is anyone
using this system, and is it good? I really like the RRS equipment
(already have the BH55 ball head, which is very very nice), but it is
expensive. I note that this system does not allow for z-axis (height)
adjustment.
