I have some videos in a file and eveytime I click on that file the above message comes on and closes Windows. Anyone have ideas?

Thanks for all of the info. After struggling for days the dam internet card went out and the turn on switch was sticking so I junked the HP as I should have before and bought a Gateway. Now I am having to learn Vista.
