I'm not too smart with computers, but every once in a while my brand new Acer will freeze while on the net, in a game, or wherever. I can't do anything except turn off the comp. Ctr + Alt + Del doesnt work.
I bought a new video card for gaming, and they had to put in a new power unit... I've downloaded some programs and such. I've ran 2 different anti virus programs and there's no threat.
If you have a suggestion, please be specific. Give me some easy steps, I don't know much about computers. |

| I saw the same thing somewhere else on the internet. I've pretty much tried all of that, any other suggestions? |

What about the guaranty? Would be a good idea to take the machine to
your dealer and ask for help. It could be the mainboard, the memory (not
propperly fixed) or some other hardware issue.

Did the trouble start AFTER this hardware change? Then the power unit
might be too weak for the new graphic card. Let them check this.
Hope this helps.

The answer is very simple. AVOID ACER Computers!
