Im getting a new pc, and want to know if moving my internet explorer 6.0
favorites to the new computer is as simple as running the Explorer
Import/Export wizard on the source pc, writing the file Im guessing it makes
to a CD, and then Importing the contents of that file under the new PC's
Explorer's Import program?
Doenst sound all that different from what IM planning on doing with my
Outlook Express Export utility to export email msgs and addresses to the new
pc, again, via a CD. Is this how to do it?

Generally, I have enabled file sharing on the old computer, searched for the
Favorites folder, then copied its entire contents to wherever the Favorites
folder is on the new computer.
I suppose you could also export and import them... Ben Myers

Nice.. what about cookies... Do you just have to restablish them again by
relogging onto your favorite websites? Or is there a simple way to enable
them... I guess its too much stuff to copy , to copy over All your temporary
internet files which I believe are where the cookies are stored?
