I found comdog1 but it won't download so sintel must not have it
even though all sites point back to it.

You can use a DOS comms package such as Kermit or Telix to interrogate
an external modem attached to a serial port, or an internal modem that
emulates a serial port:

ftp://kermit.columbia.edu/kermit/archives/msk314.zip
http://www.telix.com/ftp/telix/telix351.zip

Type ATE1 to enable command echo, then type ...

AT I0 I1 I2 I3 I4 I5 I6 I7 I8 I9
