I notice that this site
http://www.bestcameras.co.uk/
differentiates itself from others by offering a 2 years
warrenty.

Given my historic issues with Canon Powershot
cameras, this is quite appealing, and their
prices are comparable with other online
stores. The warranty is a deciding factor.

But a warranty is meaningless
if they're unhelpful when something
goes wrong.

So - has anyone had to take/send
something back to these guys
under warranty, and if so,
how did it go?

Fast?
Helpful?

The opposite?
