no pci slot means you cant use a pci card - at all.
you'll need to take it back - or insert it in the cupboard.

That GPU appears to be sold on PCI Express x16
boards, and AGP 8x boards, although it wouldn't
surprise me if some OEM has stamped out some
PCI-X or plain PCI boards.
If it's a PCI-E x16 card, you need an x16 slot.

If it has an AGP slot, you might be able to
exchange the PCI-E card for the AGP variant.
If the eMach is wimpy enough, it may be waste
of time to install that card in either form.
Might be time to upgrade the PC.
Wiki has reasonable pages on the different
graphics slot standards.
